Generation Characteristics and Effective Management of Staff
In this paper, a combination of theoretical and practical research methods, the characteristics of the new generation of employees conducted in-depth research, the new generation of employees with high qualifications and a strong thirst for knowledge; concerned about their own career planning; on working conditions high demand; values have diversified; focus on work-life balance; prone to quit and psychological characteristics of performance. In this regard, studies suggest that the shortcomings of its attention to the new generation, complaining of their dissatisfaction, not as actively looking for the advantages of the new generation of employees, improve management, the advantages of the new generation of employees and the development of enterprises work better together.
