The Motivation Theory Application on the Management of Young Teachers

In the field of higher education, teachers are not only as a special group who has become the subject of Higher Education, but also the leading force to achieve educational goals. Therefore, as a humancentered university, teachers management should be more carefully studied and rationally use the incentive theory, thus promoting the sound development of the management of university teachers. In this paper, through the characteristics of young teachers and their intrinsic needs analysis and being combined with incentive theory, we can take reasonable means to achieve the purpose of encouraging young college teachers.
