Employees Silence and Intervention Based on HRM
Employee silence means employees will not to express their true opinions publicly. The silence rooted in organizational factors is harmful not to organization, but employees themselves. In connection with the influencing factors, some intervention strategies based human resources management(HRM) are provided, such as breeding information-sharing and innovation organizational culture, changing top managers management beliefs, ensuring communication system free-flowing, guaranteeing organizational institutions justice, training employees to voice.
