Management Strategies of Knowledge Workers Based on Psychological Contract
With the development of society, knowledge workers are taking a growing share in enterprise and gradually becoming a decisive force for promoting enterprise development. But traditional economic contract constantly reveals the limitations on disciplining and motivating them. Then a new idea, psychological contract, appears. Focusing on realizing methods of psychological contract, this article will come up with some management strategies of knowledge workers based on psychological contract by analyzing knowledge workers features.
