Initial stage of organizational socializations influence on new employees professional career
In order to make new staff adapt to management culture of organization,and stay in the organization, make a contribution to the organization, its necessary to carry out career management for them, whereas one of the main elements influencing the career management is pre-socialization. Presocialization, its also by the name of initial stage of socialization; it can lead new staff to form work satisfaction and a sense of belonging in a community. Pre-socialization is always formulated by guidance of career planning, practice experience of students at the university. In this article, the new staffs are university graduates who have just been employed, pre-socialization means all of the activities in the period of university. Through documentary research, education experiment etc., this article considers that the career planning and career location of new staff depend on occupational training, professional ethics training, skills enhancement etc. at the university, emphasizes that the process of presocialization ought to be accomplished by both universities and students, universities should purposefully take measures, use software and hardware facilities, in order to lead students to prepare for appointment fully. The article puts forward that in the initial stage of socialization, its necessary to adjust students expectation, attitude and so on, as new staff would have fuzzy cognition and contradiction etc. in this period.
