Existing Problems and Strategies in Performance Management of Double-qualified Teachers of Higher Vocational College

Along with the constant reform in personal distribution system of institutions, it is imperative to practice performance management in higher vocational college. The key point is to improve organization performance of higher vocational college and performance management of doublequalified.teachers. There are many problems in performance management of higher vocational college double-qualified teachers. Based on analyzing existing problems, the paper is evolving around orientation of running colleges and strategic objectives, in accordance with job requirements of double-qualified teachers, at last, strategies of improving performance management of double-qualified teachers are put forward.
