Enable Government Financial Support to Align with Corporate Employment Demand
This paper, by using analysis methods such as the factor analysis, correlation analysis, modeling analysis, network analysis and the ideological line - integration of theory with practice, combines relevant statistical data and information with the computer technology to explore problems which exist in the current policies of providing financial support to employment. For example, Chinas relevant tax policies which are used to promote employment, lack sustainability and stability. Besides, the tax preference policies are not only restricted to a rather small number of employees but also have too many restrictions. The concept of tax preference is also quite vague and the application procedure is rather complicated. Because the exploration of talent resources and the problem of employment play very important and indispensable roles in Chinas social and economic development, it is believed that perfecting policies to support employment is significant for the healthy development of our economy. Therefore, this paper has presented several suggestions for providing solid support for employment, such as drafting financial expenditure and tax policies which are favorable to employment, etc. And at the same time the following conclusion has been drawn: only by constantly exploring and seeking new measures of financial support to employment, can human resources play a positive role in promoting the healthy development of our economy and society.
