The Knowledge Continuity Management under Labor Shortage

The Demographic dividend is always thought to be an important source that made Chinas economic growth like a miracle, however, labor shortage is a challenge to this economic growth model. This article will analyze the crisis management of labor shortage from the view of Knowledge Continuity Management (KCM). At first, we briefly introduce the KCMs related concept and the basic hypothesis, and the second, we analyze the characteristics of KCM under the labor shortage, preliminarily discuss the KCM system development and management strategy under labor shortage, to provide reference for the enterprises who lack of labor.
