Study on Problems and Countermeasures on Human Resources Management in Traffic Management Office in Guangan City

This article analyzed the current situation of management functions of human resources management in the traffic management system based on the example of the Traffic Management Office at Guangan City in Sichuan Province in China, and then it pointed out the problem and its causes. Last it put forward the corresponding measures and proposals. Traffic Management Office can put forward its own specific service tenet, management ideas and values in all workers form a unity of understanding, make employees at work every hour can think oneself how to do just accord with principles, meet the organizations idea, and thus form the cultural soft restriction on staff.
