Knowledge Transfer, Knowledge Structure and the Formation of Organization Capital

In this dissertation, we use three kinds of theory: organization theory, knowledge management theory and intellectual capital theory. We analyze the course of organization capital using this broad perspective. We want to find that how different knowledge structure affect the formation of organization capital. Firstly, our analysis is based on the theory of knowledge; then, different types of knowledge strucfure affect the organizational ability, and the course of the formation of organization capital. We find that the knowledge structure of process-related knowledge orientation will come to the process capital; the knowledge structure of outcome-related knowledge orientation will come to the innovation capital.
