On Investment of Human Capital in Western Region Enterprises
The Strategic of the western region development is great important in our countrys social development as well as in the overall national strength. Enterprises human resources development in the western region is always weak and there are still so many problems and inadequate which surely badly slow the pace of overall economic development of our country. In this paper, literature analysis and summary will be used to prove the importance and significance of the investment of human capital in the western region enterprises. To solve this problem, some advices such as analysis, great concern and countermeasures to the investment of human capital in the western region enterprises will be given in this paper.
