Research on Equalization Construction of Rural Public Cultural Services in Harmonious Society
Equalization of public cultural services in rural areas has an important practical significance for farmers to meet the growing cultural needs, achieve the basic cultural rights and interests of fanners and promoting the development of advanced culture in rural areas. There are three aspects to construct and promote the public cultural services in rural equalization which is required by harmonious society, including the protection of cultural rights for citizens, the mastery of the social development concept and the transition of local government function. Through three dimensions, which are financial investment, farmers demand and the government responsibility to analysis public cultural services in rural areas in present,to come up with the New Approach to accelerate the construction of the equalization of public cultural services in rural areas, and to promote the harmonious development of rural public cultural services.
