The Evaluation Indexes difference of the Degree of Satisfactions from Different Sources of the World Expo Audiences
This article is based on the investigation result of the degree of satisfaction towards Shanghai World Expo, giving the 14 major indexes of the quality of Shanghai World Expo qualified evaluations and analysis, identifying the different sources of the audiences in detail according to the Shanghai World Expo audiences, making an objective and systematical comment on the index of the quality of the service and the degree of the satisfactions of the audience towards the Shanghai World Expo. By analyzing the data, we can find that most domestic visitors show high expectation of the satisfaction towards the Shanghai Expo, and more than 55% visitors agree that these 14 major indexes have great importance to the audiences evaluations towards the Shanghai World Expo.
