Analysis of decisive factors for scientific and technological companies spin-off from a perspective of industrial cluster
Without those decisive factors, scientific and technological spin-off companies can not access to the fast development. Based on previous studies, the related concepts of spin-off company are reviewed in this paper. Four major decisive factors that influence scientific and technological companies spin-off are analyzed, including: social networks, knowledge spillovers, cluster cultural and policy support. Through careful analysis, this paper gives countermeasures and suggestions on how to facilitate their healthy development at last.
