Quality of Human Resource Risks Management Clustering Assessment on Air Traffic Control Agency
Under the premise of air passenger and cargo traffic increasing doubled in the future and the everincreasing workload of air traffic control agency ,this article identify the risk types of human resources management in air traffic control agency from the perspective of risk management in human resources and apply grey system theory, choosing triangle winterization weight function to assess human resource risk management quality of the current air traffic control agency in order to getting the purpose for optimizing the human resources risk management quality of air traffic control agency and improving human resource management system.
