Research on Prediction Methods of Human Resources Demand
Because of the economic globalization and development of information technology, the exterior and interior circumstances are more and more complex. Once predicting an enterprises demand for human resources, one should consider the interaction of many factors rather than the effect of single factor. In this paper, prediction methods for human resources are divided into two categories: subjective forecast method and statistics method. It also compares and analyzes many popular prediction methods for demand of human resources, then presents corresponding advice for the application of these methods.
