Discussion on Avoid the Risk of the Human Capital Investment

摘要：

Although the profitability of human capital investment are well-known to us, but its high risk has not yet been taken into full consideration. There are four reasons for the risk: diversity of the principal investor, the uncertainty of the object investor, long-term investment activity and the indirection revenue in investment. Based on these, this paper describe some approaches to reduce the risk such as dividing the investment area, institutional innovations, develop information services, I hope this can do some help to the resolve of the risk.
