Research of Recruitment Strategies Based on Employee Contact Point
With the view of employee contact point, obtaining the data by questionnaire, systemic analyzed many aspects of employee contact points. Innovatively using the principal component analysis to confirm the key employee contact points which have influence on the working impetus and performance, put forward the enterprises recruitment strategy. Holding that the confirming of key employee contact points has important function and put forward the recruitment strategy which based on the key employee contact points, making the enterprise to furthest attracting the potential employees in the recruitment.
