Discussion on the indexes of human resource management
This article will first interpret the concept of human resource and then point out the principles for building human resource indexes system. This indexes system is designed to be separated into HR quantity indicator, HR quality indicator and the indicator for enterprise HR management. We are trying to reflect human resource status with reduced indicator.
