The Analysis of Plight on Chinas Regional Economic Growth and Human Capital
In China, it is an academic consensus that human capital is an important variable of regional economic growth. Because the regions economic growth rate, investment efficiency, regional differences and total factor productivity research are related to human capital, the research on regional economic growth and human capital has become a important issue in recent years. However, due to the lack of the deep analysis on the content of regional human capital, index system, measurement methods and in the study of indepth analysis, the research is always in trouble, which affects the validity, reliability and scientific of the study. This article attempts to learn from the successful economic theory and methods, to summarize and evaluate the research status of regional economic growth and human capital, and analysis the dilemmas, then build a new model of regional economic growth and human capital. At last, it provides a theory reference and basis for Chinas regional economic growth and human capital.
