On the Relationship between Human Resource and Financial Management
The focus of modern enterprise management has been shifted from the management of objects to that of people. One of the fundamental purposes of management is to stimulate and make full use of the enthusiasm, creativity and activity of the staff. That is to say, human resource management has become the core of modern enterprise management. Just as the Wal-mart enterprise idea: Employees are the best wealth. And this paper focuses on how to manage, calculate and distribute this wealth rationally. The capitalization of human resource has a tremendous impact on many aspects of financial management. The full application of human resource accounting in the future requires revision, adjustments and additions for the theory and methods of financial management.
