Study on the Innovation of Training Mechanism about Rural Labor Force Movement

摘要：

Based on the systematic analysis of necessity and reality training mechanism about rural labor force movement, this paper have done extensive studies of problems existing and considers that the innovation of training mechanisms is necessary. To resolve this problem, we need to do a good job in the institution innovation, model innovation, and assessment innovation, so as to improve the overall quality of rural labor force and conduct the movement of rural labor force orderly and efficiently.
