The Actualities and Countermeasures of Rural Labor Transfer in Western Ethnic Areas — Mozi Tujia Nationality Village in Chongqing
The article explores the actualities of rural labor transfer in Mozi Tujia nationality village of Chongqing by means of literature review and questionnaire survey, and puts forward local transfer and distance transfer two models, existed in rural labor migration in western ethnic areas. The limits of labor absorption ability, blindness of transfer, stability after transfer and low systematism rate of transferring can be regarded as principal problems restricting local rural labor force transfer. Based on the theoretical framework established in this paper, we can draw a conclusion that to accelerate labor transfer in this region only by adopting some effectively measures, such as improve labor force quality, develop rural economy, adjust agricultural structure, strengthen rural infrastructure construction and development town enterprise, etc.
