Research on Rural Labor Force Movement Issues

摘要：

Rural labor force movement is the product of the urbanization process in China and the main outlet of three rural issues solution. Rural labor force movement is related to a number of factors, such as urban-rural income, human capital investment, land circulation system, and social security improvements which promote and restrict the transfer of labor from different angles. In this paper, according to the recent status, it does an analysis of factors related to Chinas labor force movement. In the final analysis, rural labor force movement is decided by the income of farmers, employment and system conditions.
