Analysis for Correlation between Family Influence and College Students Employment Outlook

With the rapid development of Higher Education Enrollment, Students Employment become the focus of attention and the development of new issues, the scientific, correct outlook is the direct factors of abundant employment. This paper, through the research of correlation between the employment outlook and family influence, analyzes the effect of family factors in the formation of students employment outlook, and makes clear and specific recommendations for creation of good family environment for students employment, in order to help students establishing a scientific, correct employment outlook
