The Analysis of Reason for College Student Employment Difficulty and Guidance Solutions
In the recent years, the problem of college students employment is becoming increasingly serious, which is affected by college enrollment expansion, economic restructuring, and so on. The paper starts with the phenomenon of college students employment difficulty, and then analyzes its reasons in three aspects: social fact, colleges fact and students fact. In the end the paper gives four guidance solutions in practical employment work of colleges and students. It has come to the conclusion that the employment problem is a systemic project, which needs the individuals, participation and solution of individuals, colleges, government and even the whole society to pay attention.
