Compensation System based on Psychological Contract of Higher Education

Compensation system of higher education continues to be a sensitive and fairly common issue which has been of most pressing concerns. Current research and studies highlight on the actuality and the existing problems by way of comparison between developed countries and our country. In view of the effect from the psychological contract, this paper endeavors to help readers to understand the theory of psychological contract, the relation between the compensation management and the psychological contract, and the main components of an effective compensation system of higher education.
