Analysis on Human-oriented University Teaching Management

摘要：

Its important for developments of universities to establish Human-oriented university teaching management which lies on key elements: teacher, student and teaching administrator. In order to realize the principle of Human-oriented in university teaching management, three points should be done: taking student development as origin and motivating students learning initiative and innovativeness; focusing on the development of teachers by respecting and believing them; and paying great attention to teaching administrators with the purpose of making full use of their initiative to actively participate teaching management and guarantee teachers teaching and students learning.
