Analysis and Path Selection on Underemployment of Graduates under the New Situation
In recent years, with the gradual increase on university graduates, university graduates have grown more difficult jobs. Particularly affected by the financial crisis in the past two years, employment situation of university graduates is more severe, which causes great concern in all circles of society. Graduates employment difficulty problem is not only an important topic in the education sector, but one of the social phenomena of concern, even is an important issue needed to think seriously by employment works. Analysis on employment status and reasons for university graduates is conducive to a clear understanding of the present employment status of university graduates, and has important reference roles in the formulation of relevant policies and further improvement of employment guidance of graduates.
