Study on College English Teachers Professional Development from the Perspective of Reflective Teaching

The paper elaborates on how to promote college English teachers professional development from the perspective of reflective teaching. The paper points out that reflective teaching advocates the identification of and satisfactory solutions to the problems that arise in teaching process so that teachers self-improvement and further development can be achieved, finally proposing that one of the effective ways of promoting teachers professional development is to set up the long-term goal of professional self-development.
