Analysis about Employ Ability Training of University Students Based on AHP

摘要：

Employ ability training of university students has become a top priority of higher education with the development of China. This article analyzes the basis of previous studies, constructs the mode of Analytic Hierarchy about the employment ability of university students, uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to conductthe work of employment ability of university students and proposed the emphasis of these works .In the end, some suggestions are proposed to solve these questions and make the work better.
