A Research of the Problems in Job Market under Economic Crisis Encountered by Female College Graduates
The research focuses on the problems of female college graduates encountering in job market under the current economy, crisis. The conclusion is based on reference, survey and generalization. From our research, we find that the job personality disorder are represented by low identity concept, insufficient setback resisted ability and the conflicts between reliance and submissiveness, self-inferiority and conceited pride. Besides, the psychological disorders mainly consist of the anxiety from stressful job market, the sense of loss from the contrast between high expectation and reality, the false selfinferiority and unrealistic comparison with others. From my vantage of view, to solve the female college graduates psychological problems in job market is a systematic project which must consists of the efforts of the government, the school and the female college graduates. For example, the government can study the foreign experience, employ better job policy and ameliorate the job market environment; as for schools, things can be done to improve the career service and enhance its students job skills; meanwhile, individual women students should change their career value, take advantage of their sex merits and improve their judgment of the job market situation.
