Study on the Influence Factor of Employee Turnover from the Perspective of Human Resources Niche
Under the high dynamic knowledge economical background, the outflow of talent does great damage to many companies. How to attract talented personnel, reduce the brain drain and retain the talent, is an important issue that each enterprise has to concern. This paper uses the theory of human resources niche to do research on the talent environment factors. These factors cause the outflow of talent phenomenon. We study on the impact factors from four aspects through questionnaire analysis, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
