Empirical Study of Talent Motivation in High and New Tech Enterprises— An Investigation Based on Qingdao High and New Tech Enterprises
Innovation is the soul for a nation to make progress, and an inexhaustible motive force of the prosperity for a country. High and new tech enterprises are the main body of independent innovation, and its key constraint of independent innovation capacity is talent. An empirical study on talent motivation factors of high and new tech enterprises in Qingdao is made in this paper, which indicates that the most highlighted motivation factors for talents in high and new tech enterprises are Payroll &Benefit and individual growth, followed by organizational environment, business success and job security. For the motivation provided by enterprises, personnel in high and new tech enterprises generally believe that business success and organizational environment are the more satisfied aspects, followed by the individual growth, Payroll &Benefit, and job security. Finally, the model of motivation factors of talents in high and new tech enterprises is proposed with in-depth exploration of motivation mechanisms and the improvement.
