Research on Effectiveness of Motivation for Female Scientific and Technological Human Resources

Based on the concepts and ideas of female human capital advanced, this paper is intended to elaborate on how motivation can promote accumulation and transformation of female human capital; to explore the effective motivation factors for female scientific and technological human resources based on the requirements identified and analyzed in the following way: conduct a questionnaire survey on the scientific and technological personnel in three cities from the Southern, Central and Northern Jiangsu Province to identify their requirement for stimulation. Through comparison between genders, the analysis has identified the requirements for stimulation of female scientific and technological human resources, including stronger desire for individual growth and materials, stronger sense of achievement and greater interest in work, etc. The improved motivation strategies for female scientific and technological human resources have also been proposed in this paper, which include: satisfy health-care requirements while meeting motivation requirements, and take measures to improve effectiveness of motivation based on different needs of females, etc.
