The Research of Building Regional Talent Ecological Environment Comprehensive Evaluation Index System
The high quality talent ecological environment is the source of regional competitive advantage and the important fountainhead of regional social economic development. This paper is researching the regional talent ecological environment comprehensive evaluation system based on the analyzing principle of building talent ecological environment. The author thinks choosing evaluation index and making index weight scientifically, measuring regional talent ecological environment situation comprehensively, then can build better and optimize regional talent ecological environment.
