A Study on Joint Development of Foreign Language Talents of Pan-Tonkin Gulf Economic Zone from District Economy Perspective

摘要：

Pan-Gulf Economic Zone is the Chinas Strategic Heights for ASEAN countries, is also another new economic growth pole. Foreign language talents play a very important role in building the Pan-Tonkin Gulf economic zone. Based on economic growth theory circle, this paper analyzes the economic advantages and language usage of the Pan-Tonkin Gulf economic zone. Proposed the human resources development of Pan-Tonkin Gulf economic zone need to focus on the development of seven types of foreign language professionals. Thought that the countries of the region should seek common ground, and face the future of foreign language talent development strategy, obtained especially in the post-crisis period, the conclusions that Pan-Tonkin Gulf economic zone human resources development and management needs to go the road of joint development.
