Study of Talent Internationalization Trend and Countermeasures
In recent years, economic globalization has become a world trend. International cooperation has been increasingly close, while international competition has become particularly intense. The economic globalization process and severe international competition caused an urgent need for internationalized talents. For China and Chinese enterprises, how to cope with the challenge of talent internationalization, and bring up high-quality internationalized talents, is a major subject worth a deep exploring. This paper, applying methods of classification and synthesis, factor analysis, and exemplification, through demonstrating the significance of internationalized talent, put forward a comprehensive definition of internationalized talent, and then constructed systematic countermeasures including different roles of government, higher education and enterprise.
