Analysis Team Building Based on the Perspective of Potential Science and Operations Research

摘要：

Nowadays, in various forms of organization construction, team frequently appears, and the construction of the team has become increasing importance. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the research team, using the basis of potential science theory analysis fundamentally team building needs to pay attention to the various factors about differences and relations. Using operations research analyses the various elements in the relative importance of team building. Then arrange a reasonable range of various configurations. From the quantitative and qualitative perspectives from on macroscopic, provide basis for construction team, to improve the performance of team construction scheme for the team building, from theory and practice to do useful exploration.
