Private Enterprises and Strategies of Human Resource Management
Since reform and opening, private enterprises have made rapid development, and become an important part of the national economy. However, private enterprises are staging a business, rise, decline trilogy, it also reflects the internal management of private enterprises. Based on the current human resource management, problems such as staff selection and use of mechanisms of talent, performance appraisal system,payroll management, human resource incentive, staff training and corporate culture building outstanding problems with the proposed strengthening private enterprise human resource management measures, including establishing modern concept of human resource management, scientific recruitment, appropriate training, and improving the incentive system constantly, strengthen the enterprise culture construction, the development of private enterprises laid a good foundation.
