Female Human Resources Development under Gender Perspective

摘要：

Human resources plays more and more important role in the social development, in which female human resources occupies a very significant part. The development and utilization of female human resources is an important project of social system. It is an improvement of the position in family meanwhile both the specialty of the gender and evolution of the social role take important parts in the social development and target. Because of the situation of domestic female human resources, this thesis points out the necessarily of the development of female human resources, analyzes the obstacles to exploit it and proposes relevant measures and advice on how to do it.
