The Analysis and Research on the Way of Human Recruitment
More and more enterprises realize that human resources will become an important strategic organizational tool in this era of knowledge economy; . it can help companies build sustainable competitive advantage. However, in order to ensure smooth production activities of enterprises carried out when the shortage of personnel, it needed to provide the necessary, appropriate human resources in time. This article stresses the analysis and discussion what channels to recruit suitable staff, for it has become the focus of corporate attention. The purpose of this text is to help businesses to choose a reasonable way to solve this problem.
