Strategic Human Resource Recruitment System Based on Corporate Competency Model
Under resource-based view, corporate strategy not only needs pay attention to the environmental change, but also .needs pay close attention to the cultivation of companys ability to establish and preserve competition advantage. Human resource is a kind of valuable, irreplaceable, no imitational, scarcity resource, which could be principal source of corporate competition advantage. Strategic recruitment system based on corporate strategy and job competency model could find more suitable employees for organization, which could provide powerful support for strategy implementation and organizational competition ability.
