Study on Innovating the E-business Talents Training Mechanism in the Field of Agricultural Commodity Circulation
E-business is a new type of economic activity with great popularity in every area of the economy. To apply it to the agricultural commodity circulation can greatly increase the efficiency of agricultural commodity circulation, which is conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of Chinas Agricultural industry and increasing the income of farmers and the profit of the agricultural profits. Nevertheless, the shortage in talents has become the bottleneck for its further development. Therefore, it is imperative to innovate the e-business talents training mechanism in the field of agricultural commodity circulation. The best way is to increase the e-business awareness of the individual farmers and agricultural enterprises, diversify the e-business talents training channels, diversify the training mode, and diversify the training term.
