Thinking about Human Resource Management of Small and Medium High-tech Enterprises
This paper attempts to propose measures to strengthen human resources management for Small & medium Hightech enterprises; based on analyzing problems in human resources management. Such as update their concepts, establish the correct conception of talent and enhancing the staff training and emphasis on the personal growth of every employee; establish a scientific system of personnel selection and a equal competition; establish a scientific system of distribution and improve the incentive mechanism; Improve the corporate culture and create a good environment for the Human Resource Development.
