Analysis to Factors Affecting the Employee Loyalty of Medium and Small-sized Enterprises
Employee loyalty plays an important role in reflecting the level of human resource management in enterprises, which, meanwhile, is also a crucial factor to propel the healthy development of enterprises. It is inevitable for each enterprise to consider how to cultivate and improve the employee loyalty and how to strengthen the management of employee loyalty. The thesis explores into the factor affecting the employee loyalty of small and mediumsized enterprises. Through the above analysis, it is concluded that personal connection, the developing space of enterprises, reward system and leadership are the main factors to affect the employee loyalty in enterprises.
