Statistical Analysis on Employment Structure of Service Industry in Shandong Province

摘要：

ShandongProvince is one of the most populated province and economic province in China, and Shandong Provinces economic development and employment status have a significant impact on entire country. Sudden financial crisis and the contradictions inherent in the economic structure overly each other, so that the employment problem of Shandong Province is more serious. In this paper, employment elasticity, structure deviation degree and comparative labor productivity are the main quantitative indicators based on the data from Statistical Yearbook of Shandong Province. Comparison with the provinces developed and foreign countries developed, this paper analyzes the evolution of employment structure of Shandong Province Services, and then this paper proposes to the guiding ideology: Vigorously develop the service industry, actively promote the employment. Finally, specific policy recommendations are obtained to promote the development of the employment in Shandong province service industry.
