Study on Human Resources Outsourcing of Private Enterprises in Zhejiang Province
The paper analyzes the cost and benefits on human resources outsourcing via examples of private enterprises of zhejiang province by means of the normative methods based on statistical data, making an conclusion that the private enterprises of zhejiang province could reduce human resources cost by taking advantage of human resources outsourcing. However, we also concluded that companies should be better to take advantage of human resources outsourcing in these three areas such as staff recruitment, stated insurance and staff training, while other area such as salary management is not proper to be outsourced.
