Exploring and Thinking on Effective Enterprises Training
Human Resources development has been regarded as the strategy of enterprises development in nowadays, while the enterprises training are an important form for Human Resources development as well as the means to upgrade the compositeness of enterprises. In an attempt to explore the effectiveness of enterprises training according to the international standardized practices and experiences, the paper suggests the establishment of four mechanisms in enterprises training process, and analysis its application in training process, the relevant items which improve the training management are also provided in paper.
