Study of Chinas Human Resources Management Outsourcing Trend

This article tries to make a study on Chinas Human Resources Management Outsourcing by means of qualitative research and puts forward the current situations of human resources management outsourcing in China. It proposes the solution of human resources management outsourcing hindrance, which exists in the development, and summarizes its trend of development at the future in our country, through analyzing the present situation and the barrier, meanwhile hopes that it can provide reference for Chinese enterprises development. Finally, it comes to a conclusion that human resources management outsourcing in China will have a bright future.
